Our training oportunities

Our Academy offers tennis lessons for all skill levels And ages From 3 years and above. We offer multiple kids and adult programs. Whatever your tennis needs are, we will do our best to meet them.


Kids Programs

Our training programs for children are designed to develop their movement skills and fundamental game techniques, all in a fun and engaging way. The focus is on making the experience enjoyable, so children look forward to playing tennis and continue to improve with enthusiasm.

Baby tennis (3-5)

A program designed for the youngest players, starting from 3 years old, using special baby soft balls. The goal is to teach athletic fundamentals through fun, age-appropriate children's games, fostering coordination and a love for tennis from an early age.

Red Ball Group (5+)

Players are introduced to fundamental tennis and athletic skills through engaging and enjoyable activities, carefully designed to establish a strong foundation for long-term athletic development.

Orange Ball Group (7+)
Players will continue to stay active, enhance social interaction, and further develop their tennis skills. The focus will be on stroke production, footwork, athletic skill development, rallying, and point play.

Green Ball Group (10+)
Players will focus on developing longer strokes from the back of the court, improving movement towards the net, and refining a more advanced service motion.

Hard Ball Group (12+)
At this stage, players will have the opportunity to further improve their physical fitness, footwork, on-court routines, and point play strategies.


Adults Programs

Players will learn or enhance the fundamentals of the game, including developing technically sound forehands, backhands, volleys, and serves. We also help players grasp the basic rules of the game and improve their ability to get the ball in play. Join us to meet new friends, acquire new skills, and have fun playing tennis! 

Private lessons

Private lessons are designed for all age groups seeking a personalized approach to enhance specific areas of their game.


Tennis Fitness

A fitness tennis program is a comprehensive training regimen designed to enhance both physical fitness and tennis skills. It combines tennis-specific drills with general fitness exercises to improve strength, agility, endurance, and coordination. The program focuses on developing the physical attributes necessary for optimal tennis performance, such as speed, power, and flexibility, while also refining technical skills, stroke production, and strategic play. Tailored to individual needs and goals, the program aims to maximize athletic potential and overall game improvement.
